The S Fund led the way with a sizzling 7.52% gain, followed by the C Fund’s 4.67% advance. The I Fund moved up 2.75% while the F Fund had a 0.38% loss.

TSPKey Low Risk: 60% S Fund, 25% F Fund, 10% C Fund and 5% I Fund (YTD* return: 0.54%)
