The S Fund led the way with a 4.41% gain, followed by the I Fund’s 1.86% advance. The C Fund moved up 1.54% while the F Fund had a 0.05% loss.

TSPKey Low Risk: 60% S Fund, 25% G Fund, 10% C Fund and 5% I Fund (YTD* return: 3.95%)
