Stocks moved up last week. Trading was choppy and uneventful until Friday, when the employment numbers were released. The data showed an increase in jobs, pushing the S&P 500 close to an all-time high.
Economic Data
As mentioned, the number of new jobs was better-than-expected, as was the ISM services index. On the negative side, factory orders were down.
TSP Funds
Most of the TSP funds had gains. The I Fund had the only loss of 1.13% for the week. The S Fund gained 1.53% while the C Fund advanced by 1.33%. The F Fund had a 0.59% gain.
